Your average macro proportions look super healthy. At least I am convinced they make sense. It maches quite well the work of Paul Jaminet (Perfect Health Diet). Look it up :P

@buenitabishop yes it was!! Never added banana before!! @xxxgomez thank you! This app has helped make me aware and respond accordingly to changes. Grew up low carb, but increasing carbs carefully for more balance and health. Naturally, i focus fat and protein. Ill check it out! Thanks for recommendation
