Sadly, I had a week like the Seattle Seahawks. I did really good all last week only to give up a lot of ground on Super Bowl Sunday. Oh well, at least the "weigh in" this morning is still showing a "down arrow"! Have a great week everyone.

Thanks Jim, Kathy & HCB and for all of the support. Since I was weighing in Sunday morning (24 hours ago) about 3 lbs lighter, I'm hoping for some really good numbers by next Monday. The funny thing is that even though I was "grazing" over the super bowl party table of foods, I was really more "sampling" foods. I got full really quickly.
