Weight holding steady today. That's okay though, the new week has started, back on my normal food plan and even managed to get my walk in before my doctor appointment this morning.
The rest of the day will be spent on chores and errands. I'm going to keep my phone on me so my health app keeps counting steps. Already have around 4000 for today, and interested in seeing how close I can get it to 10,000. I don't usually come anywhere near it, but hoping that eventually I will.
