My first day trying to go completely organic! I had some organic yogurt with almond slices yesterday for a snack, and it was delicious! I think they really do taste better than the normal processed foods that I eat. I'm also cleaning my office's bathroom with ecofriendly products this morning. Just because I have to clean the bathroom doesn't mean I have to sit in a room full of bleach! Gross! I'm also going to try eating every 4 hours today. That way I wont be hungry throughout the day and I will be getting a balance in blood sugar. I hope this helps! I already feel better!
