So i've been exercising about 4 times a week now, and I'm getting more comfortable with it. It's really not as bad as I thought it was going to be. I've been taking Krill oil for about a month now, and that has really helped the pain in my knees and hips, and reduced the amount of inflammation, so that helps alot! I'm not entering my foods in every day anymore, as I'm a bit more comfortable with portions and learning when to stop eating, and eating when I'm hungry. So this is a slow process, but as long as I'm losing, I'm okay with it all!
