I can't loose these these last 5 lbs, any ideas? I understand the closer to your ideal weight, the harder it gets, but it's been like 8 moths...

How much do those 5 pounds really mean to you? If you have been maintaining for 8 months, maybe your body agrees with your current weight. You know, your goals are just arbitrary numbers we make up in our minds (most of the time). Are you happy? Aside from the number, I mean. Best of luck in your journey!

Whenever I was in a situation like yours, I’d shake things up a bit. I’d change my diet and workout style. Also, I’d incorporate more cheat meals. Once my body and metabolism gets comfortable with it, I’d start following a strict regime again.
