It's incredibly difficult getting back to 2 digits, especially if you've spent years in the 3 digits. But it is definitely the most rewarding feeling ever when that scale reads a number in the 90's! It took me a good 8 months to get to that point and I know it can get so frustrating and it feels like an uphill battle, but you can do this! Just keep doing what you're doing and before you know it you'll be seeing 2 digits instead of 3 😊 

@nellabella firstly well done on getting urself there. I can only imagine how elated u feel. thank u so much for the words of encouragement. Any tips and tricks plz feel free to share.  

@Thatphatgirl Thank you so much! Well, all my previous attempts at weight loss involved going to extremes (cutting out carbs, cutting out sugar, exercising 6 days a week, etc) this time around, I decided not to cut anything out, but to focus on staying within my daily calorie limit, drinking 2L of water a day, and just getting my 10 000 steps in on days that I don't feel like exercising, but above all be kind to yourself and forgive yourself for any set-backs, I hope this helps! 😊
