Ended up eating out for Mexican food. Very Good Chili rellanos, I had to guess on the ingredients...looks like I went over the 20 carbs, so I didn't eat much more yesterday. I cooked all my food for the rest of week and I have it packed up by portions. Made some real fatty oxtails...mmmmm!
