Journal de Lululoveskittens, 14 févr. 15

Really blew it yesterday.....had fish and chips and at least a bottle of wine. This is really making me think much more about what I am putting in my body, which is great news.....but I will be very surprised if I have shifted a pound yet. But, I am going to persevere. Also have decided to join the gym next week....I only have to do one class and one swim for it to pay for itself, and hopefully it will encourage me to not sit at home feeling down or, worse, drinking wine!!!
