Well I was not gonna report this, BUT... I gained 3 pounds...OMG... I was kinda devastated,but then i realized I was not that strict and although I worked out a lot, all my slip ups and overages probably weighed me down. Too many carbs. I review my successes in the past and noted my fat/protein/carb ratios were key to my success! lets try again...Here's to Week #2!

It's all about the long run. After everything is said and done, you have to be happy with yourself, and if that means putting on a few pounds here and there to enjoy life, that's fine. Just keep your eyes on your end goal :)

Yep, thanks for the support. I used to deprive myself and not enjoy stuff and get psycho about food and dieting...I was a mess...serious food behavior issues...got it worked out and still "struggle" but not nearly as much...I don't obsess and enjoy life and food. Moderation is the key. deprivation is not the answer. Life is meant to be enjoyed. :)

I know what you mean. I was definitely obsessed with food, down to the last carb. It's an unhealthy obsession that makes people miserable. I'd rather eat a donut some days than an apple. And you know what, I will. I'll just do it less often than I used to. Enjoy your Sunday :)

I totally agree! I find that when i listen to what my body tells me what to eat, I truly enjoy it and feel better. I do not necessarily choose the healthiest option, but the satisfaction is there. Have a good week!
