I had gained 2 pounds and have lost one of them. I am still not sure about eating the bars or the almond flour. I am going to buy a sifter and see if I can sift down the flour to help cook with it. I am going to cut out one thing at a time and see if I can figure out why I am losing so slowly. For today I am cutting out the bars. I will make a snack instead of a bar. Yesterday I ended up eating three bars and lost .2, so not sure if that is going to help. And it could be that I can only east certain bars. I am suppose to start my period this Saturday so could be from that too.
