Realized it's only going to be me walking 30 minutes in the evening, and based on that my journey for 2 weeks started with last night. Hana Run - 32 minutes (2 minutes of cool down). Put my ifit radio on and cruised. Tonight will be walking inside for 30 minutes. We did Plyo this morning and my jumped has jumped and it took at toll on me! Good workout though.
