down .2. I didn't eat any bars, and I didn't eat after supper since we ate supper so late. I want to try a shake and make the ice cream with it, and see how my body does. with it hitting 100 degrees here, it would be nice to have. I still ate my almonds, but no almond flour. I did use coconut flour in my salmon patties. I think I over ate on the cheese. I had a slice and then it was in my mashed cauliflower and in my salmon patties. won't do much cheese today.
