Didn't get to sleep til 12:30 last night but slept til 10:30 again, but back/hip pain woke me up. Only one wake up to let the dog out about 6:30, so I think I'm getting some rest...forgot to take FBS though, so will do 1 hr PP instead. Weight 189.8 this morning nude, was 192+ last night before bed. No edema at all in legs this morning, so that might be a dry weight.

BACK is grabbing with position changes...just a dull #2-3 ache if I am not moving, but movement causes grabs of 7-8, wearing the heavier brace today. Canceled my weekend with the living history group, but do need to go to town if am able to bet Rx filled and some groceries I forgot.

My mind was SO FOGGY from the lack of O2 at night it is a wonder I knew my own name.
