I have been eatting more salads & cutting out bad carbs. I am doing the kettlebells work outs & extra cardio. My friend is seeing a bit of the results. Espically my new attitude that is I guess refreshing. SO far so good. But the memorial day weekend put me behind on my goal.. Here's to hoping.
