I just want to know whether u have any tips to get rid of belly flab, i have noticed more and more that my tummy is hanging and not looking good at all😣.

I'm starting with a Chloe Ting ab challenge today. Won't magically give you a flat six pack or erase lose skin, but I find that her workouts make my muscles remember what they are supposed to be doing and makes me feel and look a bit more "toned".
