Ooohh, it's eggplant 🍆 😏 that explains why I didn't recognize it. I'm not a fan, the texture is weird, lol, so I never use the stuff. If it's your thing though, all the power to ya. 😉

I've had dips that were eggplant based, and quite tasty, but the food processor blends the texture right out of it. I think that's the way to go, lol. 😏
