FBS 110 wt. 189 NO EDEMA!!! Slept well last night went to bed about 11, 11:30 and slept til 9 this morning with only one wake up to put the dog out. Feeling more rested. The back is better with only a minor amount of soreness in the R. lumbar area when I twist, no brace but am being careful with it.

I will be taking my niacin with my evening meds at supper time that way I will be taking them with an ASA and hopefully any hot flashes I will sleep through.

I cooked today, made stew out of a big piece of roast, enough for a week's suppers (16 cups) but may eat it with other things too, or freeze some. Low sodium and low calories 133 per cup and 39 mg sodium which isn't bad at all. Didn't bake any corn bread as it is just too hot to bake. Though it is much cooler than it has been. I got out and did my work this morning early.

Will probably try to mow tomorrow.

Hot flashes are no fun any time of the day or night. Good that you can sleep thru yours. Mine have subsided quite a bit but used to wake me up nightly. Hope the niacin doesn't make them too much worse.
