Had a nice walk yesterday. 30 minutes in the blistering Texas sun. It went well, though, no hip pain afterwards, which is often an issue. I would like to work up to walking for an hour, but I'm going to need to do it either late in the evenings or early in the mornings, because the 100+ degree weather is not getting the best effort out of me. Weight is still a little higher on the new scale than it was on my Monday weigh in...I'm still committed to showing another loss this week though, and staying the course. Planning salmon for dinner tonight...not the biggest fish fan, but trying to ensure I have it at least twice a week, for the health and weight benefits. The new scale measuring BMI...that's a nightmare I'm trying not to even think about, it seems to increase in leaps and bounds each morning. It can't possibly be accurate, not to change that drastically, so I'm just going to focus on the calories, exercise, and weight, and let the rest take care of itself.
