Weight is creeping up a little every day, starting with the day I bought the new scale (maybe I should bring the old one back in and see what it says, lol). I've stayed around 1500-1600 calories, and I've been walking every day, so I'm just going to wait it out...probably some water retention, hopefully it will be moving in the right direction again soon.

Hang in there!!! It is a mystery sometimes what our bodies do on this journey. I would say that you are already moving in the right direction ... your attitude and daily practices are shifting, you have chosen to be "on your way" ... YEA YOU!!!!

Yeah, just wait it out. Our bodies are magnificent machines, so just keep doing what you're doing.

Thanks for the support. It really does help to be able to share experiences, and have encouragement from others who actually know what you're talking about. Just came back from an outing to Chuck E. Cheese with friends/kids...I counted in one slice of pizza into my daily allowance in anticipation, but ended up eating slightly more. I think I'm still on target on calories today though, just deleted some snacks...may try to do a little more exercise of some kind though, just to ease my conscious. lol
