I decided to plan my meals for the day every morning. I just recorded today's menu and I'm actually surprised at how much I can eat if I plan it out right. I still have some calories to spare if I need them.

Exactly...if you're like me, I'm usually inside my meal-window and starving when I start scrounging for food. A 'recipe' for disaster! (lol) Kudos on making a plan, Mnt
