So excited to hit 140. I haven't been there in two years. I'm going to keep this momentum going though. I'd like my new hang around/fluctuation weight to be closer to 130.

Hi Ali, We haven't really corresponded but I just noticed this journal entry and wanted to say congrats and encourage you to press on! I'm on my own journey and we all need encouragement, right?! Our goals are similar at 130 lbs. Anyway, best to you and stay strong. Lisa
