I'm one week into Induction. I started out at about 146 and am now at 144. I did dip to 143.8 for a few days. Watching that number climb back up is disheartening. I've just recently joined this site, had been tracking food on the Atkins site in prior days. Anyone else out there trying to lose less than 20 pounds? I'd love to help support you and have support from you as well.
