Woke at 216.7, up 1.3 from yesterday. That was fully deserved because I ate 1000 calories of snacks after dinner. That was red wine, nuts, pork rinds, and greek yogurt. The macros were not bad but you can't go 700 calories over what you burned and expect to do well! Still overall on track and happy with the month. Denise and Jason are taking me out to dinner for an early birthday celebration tonight (I turn 64 on Wednesday). So I'll be fasting until then! UPDATE: Got to 216.5 before leaving for dinner.
