My weight went up a little this week in spite of me following the plan to a T. I was incredibly busy this week, didn't record my food every day, and relied heavily on Atkins convenience foods (shakes, frozen meals, snacks, bars). I'm thinking this could be a factor so I am going to eliminate them for a bit. I am incorporating one serving of fruit and nuts instead. I know that the weight loss is obviously going to slow down because of the first couple weeks being water weight loss. So often, I get discouraged early on after this happens and just start going back to unhealthy habits. I want to fight through that road block this time. On the plus side, I am dealing well with cravings and my clothes still feel looser. Any feedback is appreciated!
