My weight went up a little this week in spite of me following the plan to a T. I was incredibly busy this week, didn't record my food every day, and relied heavily on Atkins convenience foods (shakes, frozen meals, snacks, bars). I'm thinking this could be a factor so I am going to eliminate them for a bit. I am incorporating one serving of fruit and nuts instead. I know that the weight loss is obviously going to slow down because of the first couple weeks being water weight loss. So often, I get discouraged early on after this happens and just start going back to unhealthy habits. I want to fight through that road block this time. On the plus side, I am dealing well with cravings and my clothes still feel looser.
Any feedback is appreciated!

Looser clothes is a better indicator of the scale anyway in my opinion. I do agree the purchased Atkins stuff seems to slow me down too. Which is ironic isn't it when they are supposed to be used for Atkins? You are doing great just keep moving ahead!

I've use the Atkins bars and shakes and admit I love them. But remember that the limit is no more than 2 a day. The bars and shakes count toward the two a day. The frozen meals do not count toward the 2. Try to stay close to the 40 net carbs a day if your on that plan. I find it better to do my meals a day ahead when I can really plan them. You'll do fine. Looser fitting clothes are always a good thing. It's too easy to get wrapped up with the scales and not see the changes that are happening. Keep up the good work.
