went from Monday a 3k cal day to Tuesday a 2k cal day. Then, today i had a 1866 cal day. My dietitian recommended sticking to 1800 calories for weight loss. I ate pizza for lunch, but had a light dinner. Id consider today more successful.
For depression, i eat during daytime hours so every day that gets roughly 3 mins shorter then the previous day. When i began this, it was 1933(7:33p) now im at 1916 today (7:16)Doing this s, i have more energy so far. Another perk: I am less compelled to snack after the kids get to bed. That was always a big weakness.
