FBS 118 this morning, trace edema (forgot to weigh) slept well after I got to sleep, took an ambien, slept from 1 to 5 ish put the dog out, then slept til 8:30...got up and ate...dreamed, not sure about what but remember dreaming, so guess I am still catching up on REM sleep. Sort of feel tired and achy this morning though.
Coughing a bit more than usual, green chunks, mostly mornings, and nose running (clear)
Been sleepy today, that is several days in a row that I've been sleepy in the day time, then couldn't sleep at night. No nap today.
