went over 381 calories- i did physical therapy today, walked to work on a day off (to make up hours lost hours) to clean/organize for 4 hrs, walked 1 hr home with toddler in stroller, and have been on my feet all day. Usually, i get 3500-7000 steps in a day. today i had 12k!! I was genuinely hungry..
the elevation difference from where i came from to South Dakota renders my old biscotto (Italian for cookies)recipe useless... ive tried to bake them out here once before and same result.. oh well... the kids called them chocolate pancakes and ate them anyway! I'm done eating far the day; still eating with sun to help with gaining minutes to an unintentional fasting window with my main focus being to help with depression. Considering im way more physically active nowadays, id say its working!! Before, with any free time i had, all i wanted to do was sulk and play xbox..

3dkids2 hey thank you!! If you are consistently over, then you might have to tweak something, unless your calories are recommended by prof tailored for you. Before i saw my dietitian - What i originally tried doing that helped- increase your cal goal to what you are currently eating, HAVE SUCCESS CONSISTENTLY.(dopamine rush when we "do the thing") After a week or two- If you have no weight loss after doing your CURRENT calories, lower your cal goal reasonably (-50 to -200) rinse and repeat weekly until you find a happy place. Look at the reports and see what food are high calorie/high fat and sugar (think candy bar) and try to see if you can substitute a healthier for you option in place of it. PICK one thing to have a goal to not go ham on (no pun intended) I hope this helps! It helped become more aware of what im eating.

Hi Dazey! Thanks for the advise! I am eating WAY too much sugar! Various forms - ice cream is probably my biggest vice! I am just tired of the effort! I am tired of being hungry! I have been really working this new WOE for 19 months. I will get back on track soon..... you helped me today! ❤️

Frozen chocolate covered bananas (in the dessert section in the grocery store in the freezer) or a great sweet tooth option a lot better for you than ice cream. Still has sugars, but mostly natural sugar

3dkids2- i totally understand. Yeah we can not have ice cream in the house or else ill eat it all.. check out my youtube channel also where i address mary of these struggles in my weight loss journey (DAZEY) Its been a struggle uphill to maintain progress but I'm starting to figure it out. Having a different "go to" dessert is a big thing to do to not keep going back to ice cream. Making one is usually helpful, you can use cook book here in app to have accurate report for macros.
