New weeks goal- Nearly 62 g of fat this past week came from heavy whipping cream. im reducing how much heavy whipping cream i use in coffee. usually i get 35-50g per cup depending size of mug. im going to stay under 28g(1oz) but continue to get same amount of coffee 8oz-16oz.
this wont guarantee weight loss, but will lower fat to bring my percentage down: last week 48% when my goal was 35%

Yours is heavy cream...when my sat fat starts getting too high, it's usually dark chocolate. Having the data from tracking is so, so useful

Yesss. Ugh we cant keep chocolate in the house because it disappears. Lol my toddler love dark chocolate too!!
