I am so excited! I made my mini goal of 255, and three days ahead of schedule. I will have to be so careful over the weekend to not screw it up. I do really well when I have black beans and rice for dinner because it is so filling. I must admit I had a couple of snacks before bed, but nothing too damaging and still kept me within my allotted calories for the day. I blame Thursday Night Football. That Broncos/Colts game was no fun to watch. I really wanted a toasted cheese sanswhich, but I only used one slice of bread (60 cals) and one slice of vegan cheese (60 cals). Half a sandwich was just as satisfying as a whole one. Smart choices like these will keep me losing and still not deprive me of my craved food. I am proud of my progress. For a change, I don't feel crappy about myself.
