I am trying to include more fruit. I'm aiming for the recommended 2 pieces per day. Oranges are my current choice. I also want to have some carbs (for blood sugar) before I do my 10-minute walk in the morning. I usually go out on an empty stomach, and I usually feel ghastly. Today, I had 1/4 of my orange before my walk. Don't know if it made that much difference, but I'll try it as often as I can and/or remember.
