Maybe swapping things up abit might help? Could try eating 4 to 5 meals a day every 3 hours.
And drinking 2 litres of water (with 1/4 tsp of salt for electrolytes) within one hour.
The water should help get things moving downwards again on the scales & also help flush you out if you're bunged up, especially if you're not getting in much fibre?
