Pasta is my weakness. I have so many great dishes, and I try and avoid making them now.. as they're lethal!!!

have you try pasta zero? I use it a lot and it has just 45 calories and 5 grams of carbs for 2 serving s.
usually I can't eat the entire package.

I also use Natural Heaven hearts if palm spaghetti. this company has all kind of pastas and rice which is my husband's big problem, he would eat rice everyday and this has helped him a lot.
it is gluten, sugar free.. Paleo, Keto and 70 cals per the entire box.

I lost 68lbs and ate pasta quite often. So, go ahead and eat your pasta. It's really about whether you burn more calories than you consume.

Yes, I have included pasta and pizza in my program but I have to watch it and measure as it’s one of my trigger points. I find if I crave something, I’m better off eating some of it otherwise I tend to graze and usually eat more calories doing that than if I would have had the pasta. It’s so hard to find out what works. Wishing you the best!

I wonder how tuna casserole would be with spaghetti squash. we had tuna casserole this week. It was something I had not fixed in. 5 or 6 years,. it was requested. So good and bad.

Javadali—you got the magic. Portion control, moderation and experimenting with your favorite food recipes to maintain the essence but mitigating the not so healthy aspects. Example: Mac and cheese. I now make cauliflower Mac and chhese. A l lot Less pasta and including chopped cauliflower and a lighter cheese sauce. It is now my PREFERRED MC recipe
