Hmm...weight same as yesterday, 228.8 (which is .4 lbs over Monday's weigh in). A few things going on though that could be having an effect...a new medication I have to take for 10 days that lists weight gain/loss as possible side effects (of course, we know which one I would have to get). Also, I seem dehydrated despite my six bottles of water yesterday (about 96 oz). Making sure I drink a lot today. I did sleep well last night, but had to take a unisom in order to do so. Onward and downward though...not going to let it bother me. Didn't have time to do my elliptical this morning, but will try and make sure I get it done before dinner tonight.
Food plan for today is set...oatmeal for breakfast, probably turkey sandwich and soup for lunch, and chicken tenders/veggies for dinner.
