Just my thought...weight watchers is not working for you! You may want to rethink this. Counting calories is good...I notice you record a number when the mood strikes but every bite counts. Drink lots of water this will flush toxins and keep your skin hydrated...but it also helps keep you full. You may want to eat more often as well just keep the portions small...and weigh them...you will be surpised how some items are packed with calories and others are not! I use a little jewelry scale...works great...it also only weighs up to 4oz. I like your name...;)
