Wonderful that you got your flu vaccine today! Health and weight loss is definitely an inside & outside thing -- not just counting calories and looking good in the mirror.💛 

Rained here too and we needed it. Cooled off again.  

Here too Morticia. When I come back after a walk it feels so warm inside that I turn the heat down, and then about an hour later it goes back up lol. I hear you Bananas, next week da boosta. I read that some people here on FS got both in one day and felt a little sore after..being the huge baby that I am, I decided to make 2 trips. 

I had them both at the same time, no problem. I’m glad you are getting them.  

I just got my flue and covid yesterday. Fever and body aches. But better today. Hope you are doing well🙏👍 

how did it go at the bike shop? going tubeless? 

I got both flu & Covid shots on the same day a couple of weeks ago. Just loaded up on water the night before and the day of. So long as you get both of them before the holidays you’re fine.

Hey Otb, well it turns out I only need the tube, which was cheaper than a new tire, so I went the cheapest way, not the smartest. lol, "That's a bold move Cotton, let's see if it pays off."
