228.2 this morning...finally back under my weigh in from Monday. Have decided the medication I'm taking might be the main issue that's been messing with my progress this week...I'm suddenly very hungry also, which hasn't been a problem before now. Seven more days and I will be done with it though, just got to keep the hunger under control. For instance, it is now 5:20am and I am starving, but I in no way want to give in to breakfast this early or I will be wanting lunch by mid morning and it will be an ordeal all day trying to stay on track. So I drink lots and lots of water and try to burn off a couple of hours.

7 days and counting!!! It sounds very probable that the medication you are taking is upsetting your body balance!! It will good to have that behind you. Keep up the great work and positive attitude. I am pleased though, that you are seeing progress, despite the medication!! Take care and have a great day!

I'm glad you will be off of the med in a few days (best to resist all that stuff as much as possible as there are always some side effects). Great job at getting back under last weeks low, keep it up!

Thanks for the encouragement! Feeling good today...just got my elliptical done, and spent a lot of time walking/shopping garage sales this morning. Been a very active day for me so far.
