Went for a 7km hike today. At a point I thought I was gonna die 🙆♀️🤭 But I pushed on and strangely enough, when I was done I was sore but felt like I could do more and then took the dog for a 2kg walk. FEELING: Sense of Conquering thoughts of not being able to do things. I now realize, that your mind and will play a much larger role in all of this. ❤💃
