Woke at 218.0, up .2 from yesterday. I fasted until after noon and ate a large salad. Didn't quite get the job done with FMD this past week but I only did it for two days and then added meals out. Still a pretty good month overall considering I was eating about 2000 calories a day on average. UPDATE: Got close but no lower than 218.0, so that's my final weight for the month of October.
