Woke at 216.3, down 1.7 from yesterday after a lot of water movement overnight. Happy November! UPDATE: I got hungry early today, so I ate a chicken thigh at 10:30. I was still 216.3 before that. UPDATE: I got famished at 2:30, which is always a good sign. Sure enough, I weighed 215.1. I then ate a huge salad which kept me until dinner.
