Down just a little more this morning, to 226.8. Not too bad, I believe that's a 1.6 lb loss. Was good yesterday...maybe could have drank another bottle of water, but other than that was good. Today I'm going to see Harry Potter (a morning matinee), then meet my husband and daughter for lunch at the mall food court (they aren't HP fans, hard as I've tried, lol). I think I'm going to go with a safe choice for lunch and just have Subway. I love that sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich. Dinner will be chicken tenders and veggies. May take a day off from the elliptical, as I'm having pain in my hip. Will see how it's doing this afternoon, but usually nothing but total rest and lots of motrin will stop it. Feeling good about the loss for the week, though.
