Started the non to run program this week. Calories were higher than normal but still lost this weight. Still eating a mostly vegetable, eggs, and chicken diet. Mainly No white starch, sugar, or packaged foods. For the last 8 weeks I have been walking mainly at day light. I feel so much better.
99,9 kg Perdu jusqu'à présent: 14,0 kg.    Reste à parcourir: 18,2 kg.    Régime suivi: Raisonnablement Bien.
