I've finally lost the weight I gained on vacation. It did take about a week. Hopefully the trend will continue. I'm going on a 6 week reset diet at 1800 Cals/day. I'm hoping this will get my weight loss moving again.

Yesterday was a beautiful day here. I went out and ran 2 miles during lunch. In the evening I went to the gym and did a 10 minute walking warm-up and 20 minutes on the stairs. It was really tough. I also have a treadmill in my house that I use during work breaks to get in my 10,000 steps per day, usually 5 minutes at a time but sometimes 10. I don't count that time as part of my exercise as I'm trying to increase my Non-exercise activity thermogenesis (NEAT) which is just to get moving at a slow to moderate pace as well as stand up from my desk.

Tonight is the trainer. Should be a good one.
