Been eating unhealthy foods for a whole week because of a stressful musical. Still managed to lose a bit of weight even if I didn't count calories, so I'm happy about that, though I always think to myself how much I could've lost if I actually did count, added with all of the exercise I did.
But what's in the past is in the past, I've got a vacation this week so I might be able to get back on track! Hopefully!
