I had some old clothes that I started getting back into, to avoid the buying lots of new intermediate things, but I did treat myself to a new pair of jeans/top every now and then as a treat/to feel good in well fitting clothes. Honestly don’t worry about a size label, just focus on the positive change in yourself and the clothes that will show that off best!

Wow awesome drop. Congrats👏👏👏. I bought mine last 4 month after 20++kg loss. It's already way too baggy for me now😅. If you have some extra to spend, go for it. Definitely will boost your motivation.

I just gave away some big clothes of mine. I don't want to keep it and get back into them. I'm going to wear what fits for now and wait to get into my size 38s

Thanks so much, but honestly i feel like I haven't lost a thing coz my mind says I've don't it b4 and I was much smaller back then than I am now after this amount of weight loss. I need to get back to the previous weight, b4 I can start counting my actual loss. If u get what I'm saying. I'm stuck in the past. The struggle is real

Definitely get what you mean phat girl. It's our mental picture of ourself. I sometimes still feels I'm a blob until people and clothing's I wear reminds that I'm not😁. I really had to buy new one last time because I'm still wearing size 46 pants when I'm already size 38. Now I'm size 33 but still wearing the asze 38 I bought last time. Waiting to reach my final goal before getting a new one this time😊

Im gonna work on getting my mind In the rite place. It's difficult but the mind is a powerful tool and I need it to be on my side.
I was sceptical about cal counting. All my life I've been on diets that restrict u, injections, tablets, no carbs, no sugar, no fats no this no that. And once u say no that's when u want it more. But now that I can eat everything I have a piece or spoon and im ok sometimes i don't even really want to coz I'm conscious of my cals. I no longer fear carbs and sugar😁

Have your clothes taken in by a dress maker. Much cheaper than buying new things now until you've lost what you want. I'm at an awkward in between size at the moment so I've had waistbands taken in and I've saved money plus kept my favourite clothes. If you're able to do this, I highly highly recommend it

No no, don't buy new clothes yet. Wear the old ones till it hangs like bags on you. Why? So other people can see how much weight you lost! They'll compliment you, and be amazed, and it will not only boost your confidence but also motivates you to lose even more till you're on your target weight. Only buy new clothes then. Make psychology work for you. 😁

Awww u guys are the best. Thanks for the advice and support. I didn't buy new clothes lm letting the old ones hang, and just yesterday 2 ppl told me that I've lost weight...no wait it was 3. And yes I was over the moon. Finally ppl can see!! Off course, I'm not doing it for anyone, but it's nice when ppl notice ur hard work.
