Journal de L vega, 17 nov. 22

So today I experimented with working out without my pre-workout meal. 14 hr. fasted state. Felt a little weaker and took me a little bit longer to warm up, but not too bad. Experimenting to see if I can fit a 16 8 or 14 10 and still hit my protein.

I've tried IF but it doesn't make my workout any good. I feel weak so for me it's best if I have some carbs in morning. My nutritionist did tell me if you IF be sure to have a healthy carb either at dinner or at nighttime snack to help fuel your workout.

Hi Diana. Right on, that makes sense. As complex carbs breaks down slower vs simple carbs. I’ll try that out next time. Thanks.
