Journal de old_but_not_out, 18 nov. 22

Got up this morning and he is still there. Still dark. Tried to will myself into going for a walk. Laid back down and went back to sleep. Rinse and repeat several times. Finally got it together and walked 5 miles. Surprisingly decent pace. Obviously this depression isn’t physical.

Moving helps. At the bottom moving isn’t possible. Must have been some small improvement to be able to get out the door. Keeping my fingers crossed that it’s a change not just a bear market rally.
