Way to go nice weight loss

Congratulations on the weight loss so far! However, your current path might not end the way that you expect. From the pictures, you appear to have very little muscle. And you stated that you aren't working out at all. Therefore, you are not doing anything to keep the muscle that you do have. Ultimately you will be left with a smaller version of yourself and become "skinny fat". If that is your goal, continue what you are doing. If you want to be healthier inside and out and have the ability to eat more, consider some weight training. I wish you luck either way!

@TheUnhealthyDaddy I work 10 hrs a day in a factory, I get lots of movement in, just not strength training. I like working out, but I dint get home until 5:15/5:30 4-6 days a week, and I try not to eat past 8 pm, so it's almost a choice of eat or workout. I need to try to meal prep, but haven't been able to make that commitment.
