17lbs away from breaking 200. Hard to believe I started this at 281. Did some running on my 5 mile walk this morning. Ran 100 steps and then walked 100 for the first 3 miles. Had to just walk the last 2. Running got my heart rate past 160 so I will have to increase the running very slowly. I figure I will just go by feel for the rest of the year and then get more serious about it.

Thanksgiving week challenges. Headed 11 hours to my IL. Food plans are fast mon, wed, Friday. For thanksgiving I am planning on 400g turkey breast, baked potatoe plain, and a bag of frozen veggies. Going to stay away from gravies and all of the food heavily cooked with butter. Would like to be at 213 next Saturday.

Darkness starting to lift. Still very lethargic, stressed, struggling. Fake it until you make it.
