Tomorrow is second weigh-in from the inception of this challenge. Feeling really nervous for some reason. I'm not sure the scale will quite have that rewarding feeling, but I can definitely feel that the cm's have come off as I'm now fitting into my size 12 pants (down from 16), My upper body showing some serious definition - so hoping the body fat has reduced immensely. Eating very healthy today and keeping it light - I know, slightly cheating, but have to feel like I have put some effort in this month. :D
